位置：Somerville 与Cambridge的交界，距离Harvard与MIT都十分接近。
交通：设有地下停车场。公寓前方即有公车站牌，前往MIT方向。步行1-2分钟即可到达开往Harvard方向的公车站。
房屋：房租为$750/month﹝不含电费网络费等﹞，租期由2013/8至2014/7﹝九月入住也可，付11个月的房租﹞。双人公寓，空间大，位于五楼；两个卧房、一客厅、一厨房、一间卫浴共享。
※注意事项：是朋友的房子，所以卫生要求比较高，禁烟并希望保持干净整洁。
生活机能：有投币式洗衣机、烘干机。周边有卖场(Target)与生鲜超市，附近也有各式餐厅。

I’m a grad student of MIT and I’ve already settled down in the apartment.
Location: Somerville, close to Harvard and MIT.
Transportation: Parking lot at the lower level of the building. There are also buses going to both MIT and Harvard.
Apartment:
l Monthly rent $750 (utilities not included). Renting term of 1 year, starting from 2013/8 to 2014/7 (can move in September and pay rent for 11 months).
l 2-bedroom apartment located on the 5th floor, sharing a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom.
**notice: the apartment belongs to a friend of mine, so rooms need to be kept clean and no smoking is allowed.
Living: Washing machines and drying machines located on the ground floor, $1.50 each use. Restaurants in walking distance. Close to supermarkets and Target.
